Biological material is provided as part of the services of the large research infrastructure BBMRI.cz- Network of Czech Biobanks, both to the academic and commercial sector on the basis of the supplied documents and a signed MTA/DTA (Material /Data Transfer Agreement) document, which specifies the conditions of use, disposal and other continuities related to the issued material.
One of these activities is the completion of a satisfaction questionnaire! Fill everything out properly and carefully. It is only 14 questions and will take you about 3 minutes to complete.
